Transcends: A Poem

God is not confined to text,

ink, paper, or papyrus.

The divine transcends words.

Not bound by a system,

nor limited to a story,

the constructs of dogma

or an earthly scroll.

Instead,

He reveals Himself in divine flesh,

once crucified but now vindicated,

once dead but now alive,

and He is truly free.

Thank you so very much for these thoughts, poems and revelations. For myself, surrounded by people of no faith, they have been encouraging, inspiring and helpful in expressing my faith in a more 21st century way! I look forward to every reflection. Thank you again and God Bless you.
